Connecting to the Wireless Network at MSU

Step 1: Connect to the Guest SSID

To connect to the MSUnet Wireless system as a guest, you need to connect to a separate SSID than the normal MSUnet Wireless.

The SSID you will connect to is: MSUnet Wireless Guest.
For information on how to connect to a SSID, please refer to the documentation for connecting to the standard MSUnet Wireless service.

Step 2: MSUnet Wireless Guest Access login
Once you have configured your network settings to connect to the MSUnet Wireless Guest SSID, you will then need to agree to abide by the MSU Statement of Acceptible Use in order to access the MSUnet Wireless Guest network. Follow the instructions below:
1. Launch your web browser.
2. Browse to http://wireless.msu.edu/. If your browser displays the requested webpage then you are already connected. Otherwise, you will be redirected to the MSU Wireless Guest Access page.
3. If prompted, accept the certificate "for this session only"

4. Read through the Agreement, and then click the I Agree button.
